Hmm... Looks like that's no longer possible. The Edit Gallery option no longer exists because renaming and setting default images is now done through the Edit Images option. So no more delete option. :(
I was going to mention you could trying editing your images and changing your gallery to blank, but that doesn't really work. It will go blank, but if you attempt to access the gallery you receive a 404 error, courtesy of Luchadeer.
@Karmum: I got this problem today. I accidentally renamed a gallery with 0 images to blank and now it's bringing up a 404. I can still add images to the gallery, but as for actually being able to view, rename, or delete it... that's the problem.
Also: I have 102 images, yet my All Images displays (1)
