Image uploads. I think I am doing something wrong. HELP!

I have loaded up a few pic's for the site, but I think I am doing something wrong, because it is loading up the shot twice, I think? when I add them to the screen shot image page, it seems to go on the gallery page as well.  At least, that is what is coming up in my pending subs page for my profile.

Please could someone out there help!
