Missing ratings

In the releases section for each game, there is a field for the rating. Unfortunately, there are many missing. I've added several games rated 12+ by PEGI, but had to leave that field blank. The most noteworthy omission is probably that of ELSPA. Also, it appears that MA15+ from OFLC is duplicated.

Staff: Please look into this and add all possible ratings a game released in any of the four possible regions could have -- past and present.

I made a post about this a while back. They need to sort the ratings out. I think they changed some and then some got taken out in the process.

Sorry about this then. I did do a search before I posted. This just seems extremely basic and trivial to implement, though.
