Moderation Status as of July 26th

Good news everyone.

 I've noticed a dramatic increase in mod speed now, which is really nice. Good work mods :)

holy crap nice job guys, I just had about a dozen character adds go through that I thought may have been lost when you guys had to delete a bunch of stuff.  keep it up bros.

Thank you to any moderator who has been slaving in there. I know what it's like to be working through a queue that never seems to go down, and it's rough.

Totally awesome. I've submitted images for tons of old games (like Bad Dudes) for every console. I'm excited to see those accepted.

ya there doing a great job. but honestly Im going back to gaming.  I need a break and I haven't even written a fraction of the crap a lot of others have done.

Eh, I'm kinda frustrated right now.  I had added 3 things two days ago, only to find that they haven't been approved yet.  To top it off, someone else has added those pages TODAY, and now mine will just get rejected.  So basically, I will get no credit for pages that should have been up two days ago but went up by someone else today.

It's ok Tagg. I'm going on 4 days with nothing approved.........

Woot!  Good to hear.  I was skeptical about adding anything new since I knew the mods had a heavy load on their hands, but ones it gets cleared up I shall contribute some more.

I wonder, can we get an idea of how many points submissions might get? There are a lot of articles out there I would love to write, but I don't want to spend a couple hours researching and putting together a piece that will earn the same amount of points as someone who pointed out that yes, there is a baseball bat in Smash Bros.

Yeah moderation has definitely speeded up but I've noticed that a lot of mods dont do stuff in order or submission which kind of sucks.

I still have some pending images additions from a few days back, but at least this image processor helps pass the time when I'm bored.  I'm sure it makes it quite a bit easier on you folks as well.  All the thanks for all the effort.

Good job, guys! I'm noticing that my submissions have been approved quickly as well.

 It's odd because some submissions get accepted while others get approved, even though they are the same time of submission (ie game logo), so i guess this is one of the down sides to mods (instead of staff) monitoring submissions. :(

Oh well, its much faster now at least!

I've had things that I submitted approved after only a few minutes, and I have things in my que that I added a day or two ago that haven't been approved yet either...inlcuding all of the images...either way, the site is new and I can't even imagine the number of submissions being made on a daily basis...so I'm just kinda hoping for it to go through sooner or later.

 I think this whole letting mods approve stuff is not going too well, with all these duplicates and approved/rejected stuff, its too much. Different mods give out different amount of points as well it seems, plus some mods may approve an image, for example, while other mods would have rejected it. GB staff needs to run some 101 classes for these guys or something.

That's great news. I had a few of my pending submissions from the first day get accepted. I feel a lot more confident in making more submissions now. You guys are really working hard and I thank you for it.

Keep up the good work.  But I am a bit sad that my Dragon Age: Origins Overview is still pending even though it is from nearly 3 days ago...   Same thing with the Demigod and Guild Wars 2 Overviews... Oh well, guess it is just a matter of time before it gets seen.

Oh, and one other thing since I am here,  I have been having issues creating Titles and Subtitles.  The menu won't expand and I can't change the text from Normal...  Any suggestions?

Yesterday I submitted some things for the wiki in the morning, and they were added that afternoon. :D The MODs are doing an excellent job now.

This new system seems to work great, my images of Aztec (location) that where denied yesterday - for no reason because theyre fuckin awesome - I just readded and where approved within 10 minutes. However I hope that the "old" queue also gets this treatment, I have a few stacks of 50+ images (= 100+ points) waiting for over 2 days now and it's really slowing me down from getting to 1k.

( I've got 1366 images uploaded.. and 450 points. Maybe 10 denied, rest is in queue. )
