New Company - no button for adding one, so how can we do so?

Hi There...

I wanted to add a page for Red Shift Ltd, a UK developer from the early to mid 80s, but there seems to be no method for me to put a page forward for moderation.

How can I go about this?  Is it simply an oversight in the site design, or is the button deliberately not present?

Err I don't see it on the help page there, it is listed with all the other new page submissions, but there is no add button. Am I missing a key phrase? If so, can you highlight it for me?
