While there are a couple exclusives on both sides- the 360 with so4, halo: odst, cry on and the ps3 with killzone 2, infamous, white knight chronicles, and so on, the truth is that the multiplatform games next year, of what we know thus far, seem to be of an awesome quality.
A sequel to one of the most applauded games of 2004. 
A new Street Fighter game!? You don't say. Wait!? And it's not actually just
Street Fighter 2 reworked! Holy crap batman!
I think it's safe to say that this year shall be satisfy fighter fans? Cause
seriously, no real fighter game cares about SC or whatever, Tekken and
Street Fighter is where it's at!
I actually hate Fear. That being said, so many gamers seem to think it's
great. Here to inflate the list at least!
Another movie game! Damn right! It's a great game
based on 3 shitty movies that the original poster loves!
Dark Void. Capcom rocks. They're always very consistent. To be honest,
they never make the best game, but they always make a game that's
definately worth playing and something you want to pick up. 
I know what you're going to say. "But teh Witcher came out already". But
only a minority played it. This edition is going to have completely new graphics
and gameplay either way so I'm confident it deserves a place here.
A sequel to a game that had something going for it, but failed massively
to the original poster because it was too linear and to be honest, it's core gameplay
sucked. Still a great game. Hoping the sequel to be good.
Again, it's Capcom and then a (apparently) beloved series that I first
heard about with the release of the arcade title. Shoudl be good based,
again, off the fact that it's a Capcom game.

Want another irony? All of them are multiplats but none of them are on the Wii! Wii is the greatest console ever.

- Last Remnant will be coming to the Ps3 (awesome game btw)
- Rock Band 2 coming to the Ps3 (just like Rock Band 1 but with, admittedly, just fixed things)
- And I know you're going to kill me for this, but at least the possibility of MGS4 on the 360.
