@IAmNotBatman: It's WoW, but I'm in a raid. I hadn't set up my raid UI, so it was a lot of weird UI elements, and I was a melee character fighting a huge boss called the Sha of Anger. Basically that's all you see if you're a melee character:
My copy of TF2 had the textures wig out something fierce earlier this year during a round of Mann vs. Machine with my friends. The game was still playable, but it visually turned the whole "game as art" argument on its head, to say the least. I also only got around to playing Saints Row The Third this past summer, having been away from my desktop rig while living in Japan for the past year. Suffice it to say that dumb moments aplomb were had.

Yep, those are some dumb screenshots, good stuff. The amazing thing about the World of Warcraft one is that a lot of dedicated players of the game go out of their way to make their UI look not too unlike that.
