A good comptuer Monitor

Let me have it guys. What monitor would you recommend I buy for my new tower. I will be using it for comptuer animation + modeling and gaming.  Try to keep it on the affordable side.

I have a Samsung SyncMaster 205BW I really like it but you can always go bigger

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824005112  this is a good one.  It has a very fast response time at 2ms. and its got a Contrast Ratio of 10,000:1 (thats about as good as it gets for monitors right now) 

Truth is you can find a good one by looking for  2 things.

Response Time: 8ms or less  (lower the # here is better)
Contrast Ratio: 1000:1 or greater (larger the # the better here)
