Hmm. Well, I gotta find some time to finish Dragon Age eventually. Also, bought God of War Collection, Gravity Crash, and Wipeout HD recently so it'll prolly be mostly those four games and some L4D2 mixed in till next year.
I haven't had a job for the past two months, this actually just changed today. :) Anyway the point is I haven't been able to afford to buy or even rent the newest games, I've barely been able to afford to eat. Now that I have a job though, and soon some money will be headed my way I have a bit of a list of games I missed I need to play.
I actually managed to buy Borderlands right before I ran out of money so technically I have that too as I have yet to beat it. So I have plenty of games to game for the next several weeks until Mass Effect 2 comes out at which point I'll be cutting off all human contact and resuming my role as Mr.Shepard.
Probably
I've recently rediscovered Baldur's Gate II, and it'll probably hold me over until at least February.
I generally use the end of the year to finish off games I've already started, so I'm probably gonna go and finish Batman: Arkham Asylum, the singleplayer mode in Halo 3: ODST (beat it on co-op ages ago), and maybe finally go back and finish Uncharted 1 so I can catch up to what sounds like an awesome sequel.
I'm usually way, way behind with games, and this year's no different. I'm planning to read for pleasure (weird, right?) during Winter Break, but here is a list of games I'll try to finish.
Battlefield Bad Company
Mirror's Edge
GTA: Episodes from Liberty City
Henry Hatsworth
Bioshock
WWE Legends of Wrestlemania
The Incredible Hulk
The Simpsons Game
Halo Wars
Killzone 2
I'm about 99% sure that I might only finish one or two of those (probably just Simpsons, since I'm on the last mission). But it can't hurt to dream...
.....Chrono Trigger.
....and Final Fantasy...
I'm so damn behind i may as well have not even started
Nice, I just got back into Baldur's Gate II as well. Despite starting it multiple times over the years, I've never finished it. This time, though, I'm in it to the end, as I've decided not to start Dragon Age until I've got my Baldur's Gate down. Each time I go back to BGII, the game seems even better than I remembered it." I've recently rediscovered Baldur's Gate II, and it'll probably hold me over until at least February. "
I'll be home for Christmas, so I'll be 3000 miles away from my PS3.
I'll probably replay God of War: Chains of Olympus. I'll probably play Psychonauts because I downloaded that awhile ago and haven't gotten to it yet. I'll also probably buy Spirit Tracks at some point. That'll last me 2 weeks, easily.
I really should be playing STALKER and The Witcher. I bought those a couple weeks back and have yet to finish one, but I just don't feel like playing any of them right now. They're such dark and gloomy games with bleak colors. It gets depressing after a while, especially during the swedish winter, so I may just hold off on those until at least spring.
Luckily I've recently purchased Zeno Clash, Trine and Tomb Raider: Underworld for PC so that should bring some color into my world. And if that's not enough, A Boy and his Blob, Muramasa: The Demon Blade and Rabbids Go Home for Wii have also landed in my possession this week and I've barely started on any of them.
I'd say I have games to hold me over for a few weeks.
Fallout 3: GOTY Edition, Shadow Complex, The Beatles: Rock Band, Batman: Arkham Asylum, hopefully I'll try Borderlands and Assassin's Creed 2. Also, I want to finish games like Banjo: Nuts & Bolts and Resident Evil 5.
will finish Dragon Age
Modern Warfare 2 (still to buy)
Assassins Creed 2 (still to buy)
Uncharted 2 (PS3 bundle for christmas)
Quantum of Solace (ps3 bundle)
and anything else i pick up
I'm currently on my second playthrough with my first character class in Borderlands. I plan to go through the game with the other classes (minus the Sniper Class). This isn't really just a Winter-specific journey, though, considering each playthrough is anywhere between 30 and 40 hours.
I may get Modern Warfare 2 after Christmas, I'd like to purchase Diner Dash for the Live Arcade, I also plan on getting Zombie Island Of Dr. Ned DLC for Borderlands, and I'll also be purchasing Mass Effect 2 and picking that journey up where it left off with that. Also, I really want to purchase Rogue Warrior, because that game looks terribly amazing, but I'm not willing to pay more than $30 for it. In the same style of terribly amazing, I'd like to play Mercenaries 2. Also, when does The 40th Day release? I'll probably be getting that.
