Specifically some kind of murder mystery/thriller adventure/point and click game or something along those lines. The obvious suggestion is Heavy Rain, since it's made from the same guys but I've beaten that already. Preferably more recent games, though I'm guessing there aren't too many.

@kishinfoulux: I have had trouble finding a game like it too. Try Dreamfall.

Telltale's Jurassic Park.

Isn't that like...bad or something?

There's two right? I remember playing one on the original Xbox.

Fahrenheit is pretty similar.

>_>

Came across these two games Still Life and Still Life 2. Are those any good? The premise sounds neat enough.

Omikron, obviously. The Longest Journey/Dreamfall and The Walking Dead are pretty good too.

I enjoyed it; just be aware that there are a lot of unforgiving QTEs, but if you think of it as a less crazy Indigo Prophecy with dinosaurs, then I think you'll be fine.

I played the first one. It was a super traditional point and click with a bunch of absurd and contrived puzzles. It opens strong but doesn't really live up to it's potential. I don't know anything about the second one.

The Ace Attorney games are basically point and click murder mystery games.

L.A. Noire.

Not that it's similar to Indigo Prophecy (but really, what is?), but's it is a murder mystery/thriller adventure game.

As a big fan of Heavy Rain and Indigo Prophecy, LA Noire and The Walking Dead definitely scratched that itch.
