any news on when adaptive HTML5 option will be available?

i really like that HTML5 requires almost 50% less cpu power/thus heatsink fan speed(600 vs 1000~) to stream in HD vs flash but not having auto bitrate is kinda a bummer cause sometimes it will stall

It seems to exist on some browsers, and not on others. For me, I've seen it on Microsoft Edge on Windows 10 and on Safari on OSX, so it might be a browser thing?
