Final Fantasy 13. I mean I'm an avid fan of most of the FF and bought alot of their remakes even the bad aka Dirge of Cerebus but FF13 was like.. no
apparently awesome games that just didnt interest you
Agreed with Mass Effect.
Also, Uncharted 2. I thought it was a fun game to look at, but the gameplay got old after a few hours.
Fallout 3 seriously. i really felt like they threw you out there too soon. I do want to give it a try again but i dont know
" Well, Cossacks...first i fucking loved it then i stoped playing for about 4 years, and today i started again cuz my uncle plays it ever since i installed the game on his PC...i think Cossacks rekindled my love affair with RTS. "DUDE.
SOMEONE ELSE ON THE PLANET WHO PLAYS THAT GAME!
HIGH EFFING FIVE!
Gears of War. I've started and restarted the game twice now, and I just can't get into it. That's bizarre, because it feels like it should be right up my alley.
Well I actually did play both Mass Effect games, and I do think they are OK. I just don't find anything about those games amazing.
Infamous. The whole time I was playing I was asking myself if I was playing the same game Brad hails as being so amazing. I really didn't have much fun with it. I can see why people would like it though.
" Infamous. The whole time I was playing I was asking myself if I was playing the same game Brad hails as being so amazing. I really didn't have much fun with it. I can see why people would like it though. "The reason I didn't have much fun with it was because there wasn't much to do outside the main storyline. Also, enemies on rooftops seem to be able to snipe you from three miles away.
I can think of a bunch, but the first that comes to mind is Killzone 3. Everyone seems to love it, but for some reason, I just have absolutely zero interest to play that game. It's especially strange because I sunk hundreds of hours into Killzone 2.
Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, Dragon Age, Final Fantasy XIII, Skate
all of a sudden Shift 2.
One Week before the release I was hyped... and suddenly two days pre release I canceled my Pre-Order. And I still don't want to play that game.
mostly the valve games
i like portal a lot but left 4 dead, half life, team fortress, etc. dont really interest me
i also don't really like the combat in dragon age origins or any combat similar to that
and, oh yeah, world of warcraft
The Witcher is the big one that comes to mind for me. Just say the name and people run around screaming like it's the second coming of Jesus Christ, but I could never get past the tutorial before I was bored to tears. I loathe the combat, I think the character designs and voice acting are atrocious, and I have zero interest in what I saw of the story and the world.
Other then that, pretty much all the big name games over the past decade or so. I just don't get what people see in stuff like:
- Call of Duty
- World of Warcraft and every Blizzard game except War Craft 3.
- Halo
- Resident Evil
- Metal Gear Solid
- Zelda
- Street Fighter
- Batman Arkham Asylum
- God of War
- Bio Shock
- Dead Space
- Metroid
- Devil May Cry
- The racing game genre. I just can not grasp why people enjoy playing those games.
- Elder Scrolls
I really enjoyed the first Mass Effect, but for whatever reason stopped playing the second one about halfway through,. Also, Dead Space, that game is great, but I just couldn't get into it.
Mass Effect 2 is the most disappointing game I have ever played. I enjoyed the first game so much, I was surprised at how little Mass Effect 2 engaged me. I have attempted three times to get through ME2, but each time I become completely bored and uninterested. I have yet to pin-point exactly why I don't enjoy the second one, but I believe it has something to do with the less "epic" story of the first (bear in mind I have yet to finish the second), the lack of "RPG" elements, and how indecisive the game is about it's genre. It is neither a full blown shooter, nor a full blown RPG, and while this mix of genres does have potential to be a great game, I don't feel mass effect 2 does either particularly well. Again, this is just my opinion, and I am aware of how much other people love Mass Effect 2. However, to me, Mass Effect 2 is(unfortunately) the most disappointing game I have played.
