6 '0, 170 pounds. cept none of that is muscle.
Are you a healthy gamer? (post height and weight)
I'm 171cm tall and I weigh 65-68kgs. It fluctuates between the two. That's around 5 foot 7 and 150-ish lbs in your American units (I think). So I'm at the right weight for my height. But weight is just one component of health - I'm super unfit. Despite being of normal to slightly thin weight, I can't run for more than 2 minutes without feeling absolutely exhausted. I'm incredibly unfit.
Here in the Netherlands we use centimeters/meters and (kilo)grams as measuring units.
I'm age 34. My length is 1.87 M. and my weight 76 Kgs. I have a BMI of 21.7. According to my GP that's almost perfect.
I do eat healthy and never eat junkfood. I hardly even snack. I should eat more fruit and raw vegetables, though. Further, I drink plenty of water, tea, juices and the occasional sugar laden soda. I don't exercise, other than my daily evening walk for half an hour. In my line of work there's plenty of physical labour involved. I don't smoke and quit drinking entirely 14 months ago.
I'm a slightly overweight gamer who works in a job where I am really strong but don't necessarily look it (i.e. a professional mover). 6'0, 220 lbs (hover between 210 and 230 at times). The BMI has said that I'm obese but that rating doesn't capture muscle which I have (though far to much of it doesn't show as much as I would like).
BMI is a decent scale for measuring health.
Body Fat Percentage is most accurate though.
Also, there's just 'how you feel.' -Do you feel healthy (energetic, light) as well as self-perception (positive self-esteem, confidence etc..)
184cm, 57kg. Fuck your measurements.
And really, it has nothing to do with me never leaving the house or any of that bullshit that people think about people who play games. I like being skinny, and I feel healthy, so why wouldn't I stay like this. Plus, it's easy to find fitting clothes like this.
6'3'', 245lbs. That's down from 330 in January. I'm getting there.Nice man that's some good results keep up the good work! I'm trying to lose a few now I'm about 5 8 and 190 looking to get down to 160.
6"3 bout 250,some fat some muscle i recently just started to go to the gym so hopefully I will lose some of this fat
6'3" and about 175 pounds. Not exactly malnourished (I do eat a lot of fast food though :/ ) but definitely not overweight. I've actually been this height and about the same weight since early high school, about 6 years now. I don't work out at all, but I definitely walk a lot (work, between classes, going to the gas station down the street, etc). I'm actually moving soon and going to be bringing my bike from back home, so that should lead to more exercise...
Anyways, yeah, I would say I'm a healthy gamer. Not overweight, not malnourished. :)
5'11'' and 190. I have topped out at 215, but started eating better and dropped 25 lbs quick.
I consider myself really healthy....I swam and played waterpolo in HS / College. Currently, I swim 4 times a week and hit the gym when I can. I just started trying to switch myself onto the Paleo diet....that is proving difficult.
6'1" and 185 pounds most of its muscle, I skate a lot, I should eat better but Five Guys burgers are sooooo good
EDIT: Could some one fill me in on the application of the term neckbeard?
6 foot 5 roughly and 168 pounds. I waterski at weekends but apart from that I'm one lazy motherfucker. I have no idea if I am "healthy" though, I don't have difficulty breathing or anything and it's not liek I can't run for a bit so I'd say I was alright.
I am 188 lb. at 5'11". That doesn't sound very healthy but I have always weighed way more than I look. Things were getting away from me last Christmas when I was ~215. So I traded soda for water, started calorie counting, and cycling. Now I am within striking distance of my 180 lb. target.
