Are your Capcom disks chipping in the middle?

I'm noticing the center rim of my game disks specifically from Capcom (street fighter 4 and Resident Evil 5) chipping. It's the small, clear ring in the middle that keeps the disk in the holder. Anyone else having this problem?

Nope, just checked, my Street Fighter and Resident Evil discs are fine. Are you looking at 360 DVD's or Blu-Rays?

Do blu-rays even have that clear ring? I've never actually SEEN a blu-ray disc.
