I want to see Catwoman, Hush, Manbat, The Penguin, Mr. Freeze, and the Mad Hatter. Maybe Ventriloquist, Ra's al Ghul, and Solomon Grundy. 
 
I'm torn on whether I want to see Robin appear or not. Or the Oracle and Azrael.

I'm a big fan of Batman but I dunno. I don't think Rorschach would play fair. He might eventually kill Bats. Rorschach is probably more insane than the Joker.

as much as I love the joker, was kind of hoping for a new main bad guy.

While this does seem like good new--I'm just not that excited.  I'm just now playing Batman:  Arkham Asylum and it's a great game.  I have to ask myself--will a year really be enough time to make a great sequel to a great game?  Also, who want a sequel this soon?  I feel the best follow-up are 2-3 years apart (Uncharted, Halo, Gears of War, God of War etc...) and that franchises that do yearly  sequels burn out fast (Tony Hawk, Madden, Call of Duty?).  Perhaps if they  waited a year or two, I would have been more excited.

They haven't announced a release date for the thing.  You guys don't honestly think we'll be seeing it in 2010 do you?  That seems pretty naive.

I personally vote for The Riddler, Clayface, Mr Freeze, and Onomatopoeia F-YEAH.
 
Also yes to Nightwing and his rogues gallery for eventual integration in these games.

Two face seems to be in the game because on the website there is an Uncle Sam type poster but one side of is Clean and one side is Dirty and the side that is dirty has a hand that is burned and has a gun
