Ok I was just wondering is Desmond going to be the decedent in this game as well or will it be someone else?

Given that Ezio looks just like Altair and Desmond, I'm guessing it's going to be Desmond.

It would stand to reason that Desmond will once more be the one laying in the Animus. They stated in the first game that he is the descendant of a long line of prominent Assassins. I'm sure there are plenty of other valuable "artifacts" that the Templars are looking for which he has locked in his brain.

Yes it's desmond, he continues to use the animus.
