Bad Reminder of the Old Gal

So I bought Mirrors Edge for a cheap price today, and I looked on the back of the box before I began to play it, and saw that there was a quote from EGM...
So how are you guys doing almost half a year since her demise? Have you reading about games changed at all?
Now I rarely read reviews, mostly the Giantbomb ones as they most resemble those found in the pages of EGM, and not the two to ten pages of useless information found on some websites. I also still really miss the personalities in it, as well as just having a hard copy, as I was able to carry it around.
