Best character introduced in a sequel this generation

It's a little early to say this with a certain amount of conviction, but Lily from Fallout New Vegas has my vote for now.  I'm also a huge fan of the Black Mountain super mutant radio duo.

I'd say no, she doesn't count. She was introduced in Half-Life 2. Half-Life 2 was released on the PC in 2004, and then on the original Xbox in 2005 just before the release of the Xbox 360. It doesn't really work unless you want to consider Half-Life 2 a current-gen PC game. "
