US- ValveJapan- Hard one here.... I'm going to say Capcom though. So much quality has come from themEurope- Free Radical (Makers of my favourite series of games ever)
US: Double Fine ProductionsJapan:AtlusEurope: Rockstar Although they may not be the best ,well except Rockstar, compared to the ones everyone has named I still really enjoy what they all do.
U.S.: ValveCanada: BiowareEurope: LionheadJapan: Capcom (unless we're including first party developers. Then it's EAD)
