Hash + Need for Speed Most Wanted (2012) with a couple of friends = bliss

Any karaoke game: Rock Band (specifically the vocal track), Singstar, etc.

Heavy drinking can also improve many Kinect games, like Kinect Star Wars and The Michael Jackson Experience. Kinect Party (the successor of Double Fine Happy Action Theater) is also recommended.

I always enjoy breaking out the retro system, SNES, NES, Genesis, PS1, etc. and playing some classics while drinking.
