Bethesda or Obsidian for new fallout?

While we know Obsidian makes a mean RPG I can help but feel Bethesda definetly proved that they know what makes a good RPG. But then I just think KOTOR and I think its gonna be pretty good.

It will be solid but, I bet it would be better if Bethesda made it.

Obsidian is the B-Team for RPG franchises these days.

Well Bethesada has proved they do not know how to make a different game.  why not obsidian in that case?

I would prefer another Bethesda Fallout but i also want a new Elder Scrolls. And at the moment it looks like we'll get both next year so i can't complain really.

I already played Fallout 3 and the Elder scrolls games so I'd like too see Obsidians take on it.

Bethesda, as their construction set is the greatest thing to come to PC gamers since virtual sliced bread.
