You should save a spot just in case TC doesn't make it...

You should add more boxes and another table for the (potential) Horde group so people know we still have open spots.

I recommend everybody jumping on the IRC before it goes down just to make it easier for me to get everything going. The groups are final, so, Horde people should all be talking to ManMadeGod and Matchmaking people should have added me by now and I will message you with the invite.
