BR ER is like an action movie. Things should be in control but Brad usually manages to "spice things up a bit". VJ ER is like a buddy cop movie. Everything is chill and laid back, as the two gentleman strategically go through the game.
I remember I watched the first Endurance Run of Brad/Ryan, and I didn't think it seemed very interesting. I checked out Vinny/Jeff and I was laughing my ass off. Jeff is way more hilarious when it comes to quick, comedic quips and the quick chuckles from Vinny are absolutely hilarious. However, I also can't watch every episode. I usually skip a few. Deadly Premonition is definitely hilarious in some spots, but there's a lot of parts that are straight up long, boring and unnecessary. I don't know how Vinny has the... endurance to keep up with Deadly Premonitions. If I get stupidly bored with a game, I can't for the life of me continue to play it. He's just a game junkie, lulz.
I'm okay with dudes sucking at a game, I just got kind of tired of Brad complaining about the game. Like, I understand, but nobody wants to hear a dude complaining, especially on the internet.
We all know Brad doesn't really suck that badly at games, it's just an act. Even so, i gotta admit, i'm at my limit of how much bad playing i can take.

I didn't watch that video, but every time I see Brad playing, he usually gets beaten pretty bad. I assume it might be because he caves under pressure when he's being filmed... maybe like how I start to suck at anything when I have people watching me play.

Thats true, but he wasn't talking or even having to think about having an audience while he recorded that. It must be that, I think he worries too much about trying to give a good show. Thats why he dies so much in quick looks, because he's trying to keep the momentum going.

I know he's only silver league in Starcraft 2 1v1. Not that that's terrible, but I think Brad is more of a personality type guy than LEET SKILLZ Z0MG pro gammers!1 And why would anyone expect him to be pro at games? He reviews games, he's not a competitive player.
Brad is constantly under pressure for the videos. He even says when a video isn't going well things like, "I can't help but think about the people watching this", or, "I'm trying to make an amusing video."
In a way I feel like Brad mentally cares more about the site than Jeff, Ryan, or Vinny. They just do whatever they want, it seems like Brad always feels like he needs to make a good product and put on a good show.

I'm not expecting him to be Pro, he is likely better at games then me. It's the things that he seems to not notice entirely or when he makes the same mistakes again and again. The not reloading comes to mind.

To you and others like you, I am joking around more than anything. I get excited when it's a Brad quicklook cause I know it's gonna be funny. I remember seeing people commenting on the first ER that were RAGING because they weren't fusing right and throwing around words like "dumbasses." I like Brad a lot! I am just wondering if I am the only one who this bothers.
Most of the time this wouldn't be that big of a problem. But in this particular game, and endurance run, where we kinda want to see the stuff that happens in the game, and not the horrible gameplay, constant deaths and screwing up cause us to have to suffer through more of the bad stuff.
On the great scale of video game players, I'm not especially good at games myself. I've played them long enough that I generally know what I'm doing and can finish pretty much any game I pick up, but I'm not great and I don't demand that other people be great at games, either.
That said, Brad does things from time to time while playing DP that make me want to scream. I'm not sure that it's really a matter of skill, though. He just seems to display really poor judgment.
And yeah, I could see VJ overtaking BR in the near future. With that infinite ammo 10mm, the world is their oyster!
Brad can seem really dumb when playing games(sorry brad) but then turns around and beats super hard games like splosion man. The boy has skills somewhere. I reckon it's the recording. It just effects him more than the others.
What I find hilarious is that Brad and Ryan are like the chaste, sweet girl next door and the noble, confident young man in a bad horror movie. You know they're going to live in the end, but much of the tension is derived from "DON'T GO IN THERE YOU F'N MORON!"
Personally, that's why I get a big kick out of the Brad & Ryan Endurance Run.

I think all the good footage from Reach was Drew playing, not Brad.
