I played so goddamn much of the card game minigame from Xenosaga Part 1

I have heard that that card game is similar to Yu-Gi-Oh! Can anyone verify? If so, I'll totally buy a Yu-Gi-Oh! game.

Or does anyone have and recommendations on good card games in video form? Anything but on a handheld system, please. I played Culdcept Saga when it came out, but the AI in the game was obviously cheating ("planning" the board in ways that no human could) and it made the game not fun, but the concept was cool.

I second this. Loved that game.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll have to dig up my old GameCube and see if I can find that.

I was always amazed at how deep and involving Xenocard was. Really wish they had put it in the other two games, but I guess it was probably too expensive to produce, and I doubt many players really explored it that much. (glad you did though!) Anyway, the Magic the Gathering Planeswalker games on steam are pretty fun.
