COD 4 multiplayer is a copy of Rainbow Six Vegas multiplayer

I don't understand why COD 4's multiplayer got so much praise and Rainbow Six Vegas's multiplayer was not talked about nearly as much.

No way, they're not similar at all. COD4 has no cover system, and shooting someone feels completely different.  I prefer RSV, and I don't see why COD4 gets so much praise. But, they're not really similar.

I actually agree, except cod4 has no cover, I enjoy more r6v because of the cover system and it's more tactical, if you don't have a microphone to talk with your team mates you're pretty much fucked..

Leaving all the bitching aside, one needs to take into account when it comes to gaming history, the bottomline is that new games that come out to tend to take ideas from another previous game and adapt it.

COD4 isn't really a "copy" of Rainbow Six Vegas Multiplayer and I believe you mean in terms of playstyle or eh, simply the feel of gameplay. Bottomline, RB6V is slow, COD4 is fast-paced.

I've played a lot of both games, when I first got Xbox Live Rainbow 6 Vegas was all I played from christmas '06 to basicly when CoD 4 came out, then in CoD4 I've played over 2 days according to the in game counter.

I myself think Rainbow Six 3 Raven Shield destroys both games multiplayer.

Well vegas 1/2 was unplayable online unless you had a perfect host.

He's right. Call of duty 4 is really just vegas but with slightly tweaked settings that make it easier and perks.

The cover system alone in RB6:V makes the game(s) so much more tactical than any CoD game.  They play and feel very different.  To the TC's point:BS.

I have played both in-depth and I believe that I am qualified to tell you that they are completely different. I don't know what gamesyou're playing, but what you say is obviously incorrect.

COD 4 gets so much praise because anyone can pick up the control and spray, you can not do that in RSV

COD 4 Also had a follow up, people enjoyed: CoD, CoD:UO and CoD2... People were going to play 4, RSV Isn't as out there.

They aren't similar at all... Two completely different types of shooters.

As someone who plays both games, They are both not even close to being the same. Except for being shooters.

RSV2 is a crap game. end of story.

You know... regardless if one is supposedly a copy of another, just play the on you dig the most.

You like RSV better... play it, you dig CoD4... play it.
