Cost of a paid membership increased to $0.34

I was happy go for a paid membership when they were announced.    But I must bring a complaint as you did not advertise the correct price of becoming a paid member.   While your site advertises a cost of $49.95 to become a full member, the actual price turns out to be $50.29.   My postman insisted that I needed to pay an extra $0.34 in order to receive my Giant Bomb T-Shirt or he was going to mail it back.   As a fan I of course came up with the change but someone at Whisky Media might want to update the rates on your postage scale.   

Thats actually a 0.34 increase, not an increase to 0.34

uh, how would the postman even know anything about what the package contained, what you paid for, how much you paid, or how much was owed? 
 
It sounds like this was just some kind of mail fee, and has nothing to do with WM.

Likely improper postage, additional postage required and it was either the recipient pays it or it gets returned to sender.
