I've got a few nerdy items.  I'll have to nab some pictures.  I'm trying to set up a glass aquarium with notches cut at regular intervals in the case so I can insert dowels and then prop up the figurines with fishing string.  It's sort of a cheap man's display case, but I like the lighting and the size.  It's definitely going to take a while to finish, since I have to either replace some of the glass or buy an entirely new aquarium.  I also need to figure out what I'm going to do for the base.  I'm thinking about just using painted foam, but we'll see.

Probably the coolest game-related figurine that I've ever seen. My wallet cries at the very thought of purchasing one, however.

really cool looking. too bad i lost interest in figurines when i was 10 or 11. that was 23/24 years ago. if that is you sort of thing, then i can understand why you would be stoked on it.

The $20 figurines i bought - In a box, in the closet.

The "figurines" i made are cluttering my desk, though. Not really figurines at all, just a bunch of copies of the same plaster zombie head yet to be painted.

So if i really want a figurine of any character i could just make one myself...in theory...and then procrastinate the notion until i don't care anymore. That's my system.

Though...i kinda do wanna buy one of those $80 figurines of my character from Rockband.

One without the suit is fine for me.

That's actually one of the better looking figurine things I've seen in a while. If they knocked off $200 then yes I'd get one to show off on my desk. Since it is $225 id rather just get a portable system with that kinda cash.

To justify that more they should have put a clock on the bottom of the figurine. I mean it's no DSi clock, but it would make a nice clock.
