DSP is awesome, I love his playthroughs, sucks that youtube are being pussies. Happy to hear though that he is getting a SSF4 page up, those vids were the best (his street fighter stuff that is). Great top level play with often hilarious commentary.
DSP is a "pro" super turbo player, and overall loud mouthed asshat. But I love him. He puts on a show when he plays SFIV, complaining about lag and calling everybody scrub no matter how good they were. That is what got his channel popular. He had like 7k videos of walk throughs, most of them were hilarious. His laugh is like murder and nails on a chalk board had a baby, but infectious at the same time. DSP is the type of dude that you absolutely despise or truly like.
Kind of fucked up, but those of us who followed him knew it would happen eventually.
He records himself failing at amazing games with a tri-pod. He's also a Street Fighter nut (I'm not). I like the commentary while I multi-task... if it's a game I'm interested in, but know that I'll never buy... was really looking forward to seeing cooperative videos in SC: Conviction. Shutting down playthroughs won't make me buy it since I already knew I was never going too.
I don't like when he's being serious though.
Should've just made a separate channel for each game and 1 mega channel with links for subscribers to click through to reduce blowback from idiot companies in the long run.

That does suck. I was watching him kick some ass with Dee Jay in HD Remix the other day. He was good. Made me excited to try out Dee Jay in SSF4. That and the Justin Wong video from PAX East.

He was really a dick though. Whenever he would lose in SF4 online he would blame lag and he would get so mad at noobs. He was a good example of the worst characteristics in a "pro" gamer.

He's said time and time again that those comments were a joke to make his viewers laugh, a very good majority of what he compalins about were intended as jokes. For example, complaining about lag when there obviously isn't. It's funny once you realize he"s just messing around.
@Nets: i dunno. I think that a person doesnt get a free pass on being dickish just because they were doing it ironically. That's like Matt Hazard being kind of ironically bad. A bad game doesnt become fun just because it's aware of its own intentional badness. A person whining and complaining in a self-aware manner is still obnoxious.
