Story of the week is the job we gave to Gus to make him feel special. He comes up with a little something for us to talk about and pad the show up a bit.

I am Rob. I dont think Killzone 2 is the greatest game ever made, nor do i think the graphics are as jaw dropping as everyone seems to think. I think the graphics are great, but it is nothing of a leap over things like Gears 2. That being said, I can not wait for God of War 3, that game is going to be fantastic.

I wish Killzone looked as good as Superman 64.

I don't know why, but Chip & Dale reminds me of how much I loved the Duck Tales games on NES...the good ol' days!

I heard True Crime: New York City is worse than True Crime: Streets of LA, if you can believe that.

I didn't realize Minesweeper Flags was based on the book. I'll have to look into that. ;)

It was an awesome edition  , hearing your thoughts regarding Killzone 2 and resident evil 5 was quite fun .

Hearing an alternative opinion of Killzone was nice, sometimes when the fanfare is too overwhelming we overlook aspects of the game that could use some improvement. Overall you guys keep me coming back for more.

Well thank you for being civil as to my thoughts on Killzone 2. I dont hate the PS3, I am so looking forward to GOW3... but the podcast title alone almost had me murdered in the comments on N4G.

Well Rob...I resubmitted the story on N4G under a different username with a different title and BOOM! It got published without a hitch. N4G makes Kotaku seem like a saintly site...

While I was listening, one of you said that you couldn't save in Valkyria Chronicles mid-battle, that is not true, anytime in command mode you can press triangle (as if you're going to give an order) and go to system, and save your progress from there. Though I do agree the game can be cheap in some levels (so far the desert duel, and some of the later chapters) especially when you've been playing for about 2 hours, and haven't saved, only to get killed by some lancer that you didn't see. The game is still awesome though.

Thanks for the info Kilzombie...I'm pretty sure it was Rob talking about VC and I'm sure he'll be happy to hear that the game doesn't suck...it's just he who sucks! :P

I dont remember mentioning the saving issue in VC. I might have, I think I might have been talking about Star Ocean on the psp, you cant save anytime in that... I am happy to hear you can save in VC mid battle. Who knows, when it comes to PS3 games I am just talking about my butt anyway... at least that is what N4G.com thanks
