Probably won't find a free one, you must harness the power of P2P filesharing!
This because you want to play stuff on your PS3? I currently use a pay program called Total Video Converter by Ojosoft http://www.ojosoft.com/. It can turn anything into practically anything else. But, you may want to check out Red Kawa's PS3 Video 9 http://www.redkawa.com/videoconverters/ps3video9/ They make a bunch of different converters (including a Wii video converter), so check them out and see if they meet your needs. By the way, the Red Kawa stuff is free, and make sure you look at their forums for further information, updates, and troubleshooting.
