Do they have 16:9 monitors in Korea?

I just registered for and played the Counter-Strike clone out of Korea called "Sudden Attack".  Besides the amazing number of speedhackers there are in the game because they haven't implemented a game guard for it yet, it seems the maximum resolution for the game is 1280x1024.  I have a 1920x1080 Full HD monitor, and it's like I'm playing a vertical shooter.
 
BTW - I know they have 16:9 monitors in Korea, since mine is an LG....this was more a rip on the devs of Sudden Attack.
