...before moving onto a new title? It's a curious subject, for sure.
I can't enjoy myself unless i have at least 6 titles pending in Steam
I can't enjoy playing a game for more than 30 minutes, which is why 30 minz of 6 different games a day, fills up my gaming time
There are only a few games that are so good and capturing that i play them exclusively from beginning to end, the last one being AC: Brotherhood
Right now i'm playing The Witcher, Crysis, Crysis 2, Dead Space 2, Bioshock, Alice and Oblivion
Kind of both; I'm playing a ton of games, but I'm mostly focusing on one or two games, Half-Life being my most devoted project.
I never play multiple games at a time. I play either from beginning to end without touching another game, or until I get extremely bored and don't play it again for a few months (which usually means I forget important stuff and have to start over when I finally feel like playing again.)
On my consoles I only ever have one going at a time. On my PC I tend to have several going at once.
Multiple, and a lot of the time not to completion.
Depends.
Right now I'm playing three fighting games semi-seriously, but that's fighting games. Generally speaking I only play one-two games at a time unless I'm super hype about 'em.

Y'know, I get what you mean, but I have to say; I lol'd.narrative heavy games on the weekends (Witcher 2 etc)
fun games on the weekdays (Infamous2, FPS etc)
Usually one at a time, currently FFXIII....next will be Bulletstorm.
I usually stick to a rotation of one game im playing for the single player and another multiplayer focused game for online play...
Depends on how many "new" games I get.
Right now I am grinding away at:
Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition
Magic the Gathering: Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012
I hope to have inFAMOUS 2 and LA Noire finished by the time Catherine comes out. Also I'm eagerly awaiting the opportunity to add Skullgirls to my rotation.
I try to just have one, but at the moment I have both Madness Returns and Shadows of the Damned. I'll probably finish Shadows first because it is a shorter game.
usually multiple games at any one time, unless i'm doing a review and rushing to meet a deadline or embargo lifting etc...
I try to play one at a time till I beat it or get bored with it, I'd rather not be distracted.
I'm currently playing MGS4 (First Time), Uncharted 2 (First Time), Trenched, and a little TF2 all at the same time. Oh and WoW.@Bloodgraiv3 said:
I'll play each game in bursts, makes each one last longer and gives me more variety, but if it's a game i'm really into, I'll play all of it in one or two sittings.Like this dude.

ditto. I can occasionally pick up and play non-story games as well, (e.g. Fifa, Forza etc), but I have to finish a story game to completion. If I change games part way through, then all is lost (I will have to start Fallout: New Vegas again despite having put in 20+ hours)
I'll do one on each system, currently playing Dungeon Siege 3 on PC, mopping up trophies in Infamous 2 on PS3, Trenched on X360, and some Ghost Recon on 3DS.
I try not to play more than one game per genre at a time.
I try my best to only focus on one game at a time, but that doesn't always work out so great.
Seeing as right now I'm playing through Portal 2, Shadows of the Damned, and F.3.A.R, I'd say that I play through multiple games at a time.
I'm constantly switching between games. It's rare that I just steam through a game with out playing anything else here and there. Mass Effect 2 is the only game recently I can recall doing that with. All of my games are constantly getting love.
I'll only play one game at a time, though I might not always finish that one game, and might go back to it later. Example: I spent about 20 hours playing Super Robot Wars Alpha 3. I put it on hold and moved onto Super Robot Wars Z. I intend to go back to @3 after Z is over(which is a good 60 hours unto itself). Only one game at a time, but not necessarily to completion.
