Does no David Hayter deter your MGSV interest?

This sums up my feelings quite well. Kojima needed to stop in the early naughts.

Eh not having Hayter do the voice of Snake doesn't really effect me in any way. They might even have a reason for it plot wise too.

It doesn't deter my interest in the game; I'm sure it will be awesome. But I am disappointed and bummed out.

I'm a bit disappointed tbh, but I'll still probably get the game and give it a shot.

I can't believe that MGS4 isn't on Xbox 360. What is the point of putting a MGSV on it when the 4th isn't on there?

That is the only thing to deter me from buying and playing the shit out of MGSV

@snakelinksonic: I'm thinking the same thing. This is just another trick by Kojima. The big E3 trailer will have a huge twist and we will hear his voice at the end of it. I don't believe he isn't in the game.

It does a little. It is not going to stop me from purchasing it though.

It really would be a shame for him not to be involved in some way. He's always been an iconic voice to the series. To me David Hayter is Snake, but things eventually change. While it's disappointing that he won't be back, at least in any major way, I'm interested to see somebody else's take on that character.

No, MGS4 being a PS3 exclusive already killed Metal Gear for me. The series ended with MGS3.

I do really like Hayter as Snake, but I also haven't been into this series in a while as the last one I REALLY played through was Sons of Liberty. I need to still play Snake Eater and 4 first.
