Duders flock to Yik Yak?

Wonder if there's gonna be an influx of duders on Yik Yak looking for places to use their bongg due to the bombcast.

Also, Giant Bomb is still a threat.

I live in a college town and already use Yik Yak. In addition to talking about how high you are, there's a lot of "i'm so horny" then 10 or so comments like "guy or girl?" "kik?" "snap?" "guy or girl?" "guy or girl? "guy here" "girl?" "kik?"

As a college student, I've always stayed as far away from it as possible. Turns out that when you go to an engineering school with a fairly lopsided gender ratio, you hear a lot about how lonely people are.

I remember seeing some app called "The Wall" (may not be exact name, but something like that) several years ago, it was pretending to be what YikYak actually is. I suppose I'll try throwing a "looking for Doctor Tracksuit" up in a few different areas I frequent to see if I get any responses.

I'll be pushing Doctor Tracksuit in my Chicago land area.

So is there "boards" for specific things or is it only a local thing?

@nightriff Only a local thing. During work its all the local college stuff. At home in the suburbs it's middle/high schoolers begging/cheering for a delayed school opening.

Downloaded it after the bombsquad talked about it on the podcast, but then I remembered that I live in Norway, and no one here has ever heard of it...

I literally just checked my local Yik Yak postings, in a very small backwards little town, really really wish I hadn't.

Mine is a bunch of bummer ass college kids, like, 90% of the time. They're either whining about getting laid, not getting laid, or classes not getting canceled.

I don't have a fancy phone but the yik yak's I've seen around here have been vapid and racist.

I go to a military school and we were forced to attend a suicide prevention class because someone threatened to kill themselves on Yik Yak.

I live next to one of the largest malls in the world, and Yik Yak posts here are organized into 3 different catagories: people complaining about working at said mall, people looking to buy/sell drugs, and legitimate comments about eggplant

The local Yik Yak-ers have not yet taken to my promotion of Doctor Tracksuit.

Live nearby a junior college and yeah all the posts are about getting drugs, students complaining about other people and sex.

I've tossing out the push doctor tracksuit with a GB tag on them but not much of a response. Finally found some one post "get bopped son" which got my up vote.

I reduced the size, you crazy maverick. Medium is now a legit image size!

I just gave it a shot and so far it's tourists asking for good places to pick up chicks and what are some good strip clubs in town.

Also, I'm in a mostly French speaking city in Canada and the majority of posts are in English. Weird.

Ok, "Paging Dr. Tracksuit" was downvoted into oblivion eventually. I'll try it again in a different area.

I don't feel that bad though, since literally every other post there was also downvoted. Even the guy who posted "420 at the onyx" (small hockey arena a mile from my house) at around 11:30 pm.
