E3 2010 - What happened to the vitality sensor?!?

Nintendo seemed really excited about the vitality sensor at E3 last year and I haven't heard one word about it since then.  I was excited to see it used in shooting games where the faster your pulse was, the shakier your aim was. Anyone got some info?

Ubisoft stole it.

They where smart and burnt it. 

It was another stupid nintendo attachment that had no real purpose.

Guessing the 3DS would steal the show, so maybe they'll talk about it at another event.

What happened to the Nintendo Sybian that was patented a couple years ago?

They probably thought it would slow down the conference. They had a lot of amazing stuff.
