E3 Demos on XBL or PSN

game publishers should start releasing their e3 game demos for the people that can't go to E3.

This has been done in the past with a couple games.  
 
Lost Planet 1 is the only one I can think of at the moment. 
 
I do wish more would do it though.

They usually do eventually. If they did that during E3, then that kind of ruins the point of having an exhibition hall to showcase all that stuff.

True, certain publishers could totally do that if they wanted. Again, odds are we will get to play these demos or an even a longer, perhaps better version of them eventually.

well they kind of do it sometimes. sometimes we get better demos of it from developers making a newer one. god of war 3 E3 demo came with district 9 on bluray. it works on ps3 only to play it. sony eventually released on the ps3 store.

Loved the feeling of playing the Lost Planet demo alongside the E3ers back in the day...really missed that since. Lots of those E3 demos are either too meaty or too borked to put on XBLA...but they could do that timed expiration thing like they did way back with all those XNA games. Would be awesome.
