EU PSN gets free PSX theme and I'm jealous!

I saw an article about this and got really excited I mean it makes the boot sound. Then I saw it was EU only, at least for now.

Why would this not just show up in the US store as well? Anyway, if you don't have it get it since it's apparently a limited release thing. Here's a video:

Couldn't you in the US just make an EU account and download the theme?

Its stupid that the original sound plays over the theme sound and also i dont get that boot sound on my PS4 so i dunno
