One of the best things about PC Gaming is the ability to mod your game. Whether it be new skins, gameplay enhancements or even graphical overhauls, mods make the gaming experience so much more fun.
So Giant Bomb, what are your favorite mods?
I'll start off:
Darthmod Empire (Empire Total War)
Korsakovia (Half Life 2 Episode 2)
Modern Warfare (World in Conflict)
Eastern Front (Company of Heroes)
1257 A.D. (Mount and Blade Warband)
Clear Sky Complete (S.T.A.L.K.E.R Clear Sky)
Forgotten Hope (Battlefield 2)
Just a handful of great mods.

Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul is superb, a must for all those wanting to play  IV again.
Too many Fallout 3 mods to name. I had my game pretty much modded to the brim a month or so ago. Makes for an amazing replay through it
Also, the Red Orchestra mod Europe 44-45 is great. Finally some American and British forces were included

@Mrskidders:  Ha-ha, yeah the kids are alright.
I tend to stick with just small mods as opposed to really big overhauls.  I like new armor and clothes in games and sometimes a graphical upgrade.  There is one in Elder Scrolls Oblivion which turns Imperial City from a drab cold place into a lush garden [ Clintmichs Beautiful IC District Pack Plus ].  It really looks like a nice place to live.  Of course there are the better body, hair, eyes and skin tones made available by community created content.  If a game gets a really good community like Oblivion, Fallout 3, Dragon Age and The Sims games, they can keep a game relevant and fresh years after its release.
One mod I installed the day I got the game is the "no helmet" mod for Dragon Age: Oblivion.  Sometimes mods just need to correct the options that the game makers left out.  There is one in Oblivion that automatically equips and unequips arrow or your off-hand item (shield, etc) when you draw your weapon.  Over in Fallout 3, there were a bunch of "iron sights" mods made for the game.  That was something so desired that Obsidian Entertainment added it to Fallout New Vegas
