Flower - European PSN Release Date?

Looks really interesting, I love games like flower and was wondering when it may be coming to European PSN. I ask because Sony are pretty useless with it's European PSN Store and there doesn't seem to be any direct date from what I can find. Though I may be looking in the wrong place. 

If anyone knows I would appriate it.

yes, it is on the european psn . i try to buy it but some people say you can't use your credit card to buy something off of a foreign store, so im just gonna wait till tonight for it to be on the NA psn.
