Forums Jet Lag

I'm shure some of you who are in summer vacations suffer from this. For some reason I stay awake for too long and go too sleep too late, forums and videogames don't let me sleep, they want me awake. Anyways it's 4:15 am here, I should go to sleep or I'll wake up at 2 pm. 

I sometimes do the same.

Goin sleep about 4, wakin up about 12-2. Its not good for the system.......................

Going to sleep too late is a common side effect of staying up too late.
