Games that you like, but nobody else does?

Any games that you really loved but everyone else thought was shit? POST IT HERE!

 
My pick is Stalker:Clear Sky. It was my favourite in the series and in my opinion, one of the greatest games of all time. Don't shun me.

Mercenaries 2.

Can't name any, mainly because I avoid games people tell me are shit. That's what their expertise is.

Fairytale Fights, Wanted: WoF, Lead and Gold and some more I guess.

Sim Ant, it was worth the 45 dollars in late fees.

Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2008.  That was a pretty damn good game.

Dynasty Warriors 6

DBZ Hyper Dimension on SNES (emulated). 
I must have played that game every day for like 6 months. 
 
I can't think of too many, unfortunately I tend to be the other way around most of the time.

I think Lost planet 2 and Alpha Protocol are two the best games this year.

Lost Planet 1...not everyone hated it, but it was generally thought to be extremely mediocre/bad game by a lot of people. Was one of my favorite games of that year, and I played the hell out of it. I couldn't even finish LP2, lol...

Bullet Witch, it was like watching a good B movie

I know a lot of people didn't think it was all that great but I loved Mirror's Edge. Just everything about it. I hope I get to see a sequel someday.  
 
On another note, I remember a lot of people absolutely loved Darksiders. So I'm currently giving it a shot but 5 hours in and, I can't deny it, I'm just not enjoying myself. I don't know why I feel compelled to keep playing- maybe I hope it'll get better. But I do not like this game. Strange because I love Zelda and God of War and this game is basically the love-child of those two franchises. 

Splinter Cell: Double Agent. Easily my favourite game in the series -- haven't played Conviction yet, though (but I seriously doubt it's better).

Most people I know didn't seem to understand the appeal of Sid Meier's Pirates!... too bad for them. I was skeptical of it too, when I first started playing it. But it quickly won me over with it's wonderful charm and addictively fun gameplay. It's one of my all-time favorites.
 
Same goes for Animal Crossing. It's not that nobody likes it, but most people I know are like "Dude, WHAT GAY GAME ARE YOU PLAYING NOW?" Hahaha. Those fools.

I liked Enter the Matrix. Punching agents off buildings was cool.

I usually don't pay attention to what other people think of games. Mirror's Edge was mentioned, so I guess I'll go with that. I enjoyed all parts of that game where dudes weren't shooting guns at me.

I'm serious, I played it for the first time 2 days ago at my friends place and it was great, I expected way worst looking at the reviews. "

The closest I can get to the subject matter is with that Jedi Power Battles game.  Man, that game was sooo good even though the jumping left very much to be desired.  I only know two people who actually liked that game.

I know everyone else hates it, and yes I realize its very grindy, but the game has advanced in the 8 years its been out, and the mechanics have gotten pretty deep at higher levels.
