Games With Disappointing Final Boss Battles (Potential Spoilers?)

So yesterday I finished Viking: Battle of Asgard, fun game.  When I got to the final boss, I was super disappointed.  The final boss was just a Giant (an enemy in the game) with the the final boss sticking out of the head.  That's it.  It only have one new move, it could breath fire.  I beat the final boss in like 30 seconds, it was very disappointing.  Viking aside, what are some other games that have disappointing final boss battles?
 
P.S.  The reason I put Potential Spoilers in the title is that people will probably spoil the end of games in here.  So watch out for spoilers.

inb4 Fable 2 even though most people don't understand the whole point of the entire scene.

Eternal Sonata.  Sure it was a pretty susprising boss (at least to me) but man...he was a lot easier than the one before him >.>

Fable 2 has a wicked ending in some senses, though. Although I agree the Actual "Battle" isn't all that great. The Giant Shard is pretty cool though.

Bully's final boss fight was a little disappointing for me.

NyxQuest, in that there is none.
FF8, for being so damn easy. 
FF10, same.
Bionic Commando, again due to the lack of one.
Fallout 3, since he died in a fraction of a second.

Probably Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. For a game with so many epic boss battles, Dark Samus was a huge disappointment in comparison.

Gears of War 2 - Anyone who has played it will probably agree.

I also forgot Tyrant in REmake. Damn that was easy.

Fuck all of that.  How about the fact that you can kill pretty much EVERY boss in Assassin's Creed WITH A FUCKING THROWING KNIFE?!

Almost everything this generation.

Fable 2 really disappointed me.  It was extremely easy, and you don't even realize it's the final boss battle, so it leaves you expecting more.

Killzone 2 had a decent story and a nice feel of some what realism until the boss when i thought i had been transported back to 1997  
 
I really hated it :(

Lost  Planet, the final boss battle felt like it came from another game entirely.

The final boss in Resident Evil 5. Started off cool, then after a couple of QTE's it just made me go, WTF?

Wesker in RE5 is actually a really hard final boss... until you figure out that you can kill him with a Quick Time Event.

Gears Of War 2. The final boss battle wasn't even a boss battle.

Gears of War 2, it just some random occurance that their Brumak happened to become lambet. I dunno, it was a neat idea I guess, but left me feeling unsatisfied.

Killzone 2s Radec. The hardest part is defeating all his henchmen. Once its just me and him, its plain sailing.
Also, Spiderman 2's Mysterio. I SWEAR I KILLED HIM IN ONE HIT? WHAT?

Lost Planet. Most of the game's boss battles were fantastic, but the final boss was actually the worst. Oh, and Gears 2... that boss was a fucking joke. I mean, seriously... did the people at Epic really think it was a good idea?

I can't really think of any game I've actually bothered to finish that ended up giving me a bad final boss. 
I guess Halo 3 had a pretty terrible final boss, but it wasn't that disappointing as the bosses beforehand were pretty bad, too.

Sonic 1. Goddamn. Press Left + any button, Right + any button, Left +any button, Right + any........Oh forget it.

The new Prince of Persia. You basically run from it not fight it.

Prototype. It took me soooooooo long to beat it that I just lost interest after dieing the 20th time.

Halo 2's was pretty underwhelming, brute with a hammer and shield? Boring. 
Mass Effect, geth Saren was just a bitch; two shots with explosive shotgun rounds and he was down.
 
Can't think of any more off the top of my head, so I guess I wasn't disappointed by that many.

Sonic Adventure 2. Because Biolizard was hell of harder than Final Hazard for whatever reason.

The ending of Fable 2 was meant to show that the apparent big bad boss guy was just a regular guy without any super type of power other then he found the spire and judging from the beginning and what happened with your sister and you, he was only doing what he thought was the right thing to do. So I don't see why so many people miss this and say he shouldn't have died in one shot. That was the entire point of the encounter.

the world ends with you's  end boss really disappointed me, wanted an psychic battle with whathisname with the suitcase 
 but instead it turned out to be (basically)  a  top down shooter with a dragon

Any game  that flips the rules/controls on it's head. Lost Planet was guilty of this (There must be others, but I'm blanking on it).  FF7's last fight was obviously pretty easy, though I don't know if that counts.

I also dislike games that don't really have a final boss of any kind. Shadow Complex did this.

Fallout 3. I blew the guys head off with 1 shot.

How can nobody have mentioned Wind Waker? Super easy. Resident Evil 4 is also pretty easy. Super Mario Galaxy takes the cake though. It's just another iteration of a Bowser fight from before and it felt like it ended too quickly.
