So yesterday I finished Viking: Battle of Asgard, fun game. When I got to the final boss, I was super disappointed. The final boss was just a Giant (an enemy in the game) with the the final boss sticking out of the head. That's it. It only have one new move, it could breath fire. I beat the final boss in like 30 seconds, it was very disappointing. Viking aside, what are some other games that have disappointing final boss battles?
P.S. The reason I put Potential Spoilers in the title is that people will probably spoil the end of games in here. So watch out for spoilers.
Games With Disappointing Final Boss Battles (Potential Spoilers?)
Fable 2 has a wicked ending in some senses, though. Although I agree the Actual "Battle" isn't all that great. The Giant Shard is pretty cool though.
SPOILERS!!!!!!! Possibly.

I Mean, Think about what Theresa does? When she said that, I was like WHAT, and that made the game worthwhile to me.
NyxQuest, in that there is none.
FF8, for being so damn easy.
FF10, same.
Bionic Commando, again due to the lack of one.
Fallout 3, since he died in a fraction of a second.
That's pretty much all I can think of.
Dead Space (personally, i thought those fucking acid-leech necromorphs, or the ones on the walls who spawned little ball-morphs were a harder enemy in the game).

i thought ultemecia was a bitch of a fight (then again, my main party were all level 99..)FF8, for being so damn easy.
Probably Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. For a game with so many epic boss battles, Dark Samus was a huge disappointment in comparison.
Bully 2 on Rockstar's current tech haunts my dreams.
" @Ginger_Avenger said:Agreed. The "boss" was easy to beat, and the game was easy most of the way through, but a great game." @JJOR64: Really easy, although that game was a bit to easy the whole way through "Bully did have some easy parts but, it was a great game. "
" Fuck all of that. How about the fact that you can kill pretty much EVERY boss in Assassin's Creed WITH A FUCKING THROWING KNIFE?! "you must've had the cheat codes on...cause i remember the throwing knives in AC sucking massive amounts of diq.
" @jakob187:@jakob187 said:No, the throwing knives were awesome. It was my main weapon for most of the game." Fuck all of that. The final boss in Resident Evil 5. Started off cool, then after a couple of QTE's it just made me go, WTF?
Wesker in RE5 is actually a really hard final boss... until you figure out that you can kill him with a Quick Time Event.
Gears of War 2, it just some random occurance that their Brumak happened to become lambet. I dunno, it was a neat idea I guess, but left me feeling unsatisfied.
" Gears of War 2 - Anyone who has played it will probably agree. "Yeah I was about to say the same thing. I didn't even think it was a final boss.
Prototype. It took me soooooooo long to beat it that I just lost interest after dieing the 20th time.
Halo 2's was pretty underwhelming, brute with a hammer and shield? Boring.
Mass Effect, geth Saren was just a bitch; two shots with explosive shotgun rounds and he was down.
Can't think of any more off the top of my head, so I guess I wasn't disappointed by that many.
" Almost everything this generation. "Indeed. Oldschool games are still kicking my thumbs.
- KOTOR 2
- Fable 2
- Devil May Cry 4 (cool concept with the giant statue, but the way you killed him was just boring and felt random)
- Tales of Symphonia - Boss' second form involves him inexplicably pulling some aquatic mech robot out of his ass for no apparent reason - despite being a fricking ANGEL - and then being weak as shit anyway.
- Infamous
"I thought Infamous had a pretty good boss, and I thought it was surprisingly challenging given the level of the game up till that point."

I would say the original Ninja Gaiden when it came out on Xbox (not the black version). After everything that had come up to that point, Murai died simply by spamming one move.
And then God of War. Don't get me wrong, it was a great boss battle as they go, but as they'd been building up the whole game to kill him, I thought he was kind of easy and anticlimactic.

The ending of Fable 2 was meant to show that the apparent big bad boss guy was just a regular guy without any super type of power other then he found the spire and judging from the beginning and what happened with your sister and you, he was only doing what he thought was the right thing to do. So I don't see why so many people miss this and say he shouldn't have died in one shot. That was the entire point of the encounter.
Any game that flips the rules/controls on it's head. Lost Planet was guilty of this (There must be others, but I'm blanking on it). FF7's last fight was obviously pretty easy, though I don't know if that counts.
SPOILERZZZZZ
I also dislike games that don't really have a final boss of any kind. Shadow Complex did this.
