The last three I watched via GameInformer's Super Replays.  I highly recommend them.  You should also search for the videos wherein Dan Ryckert forces his dad to play video games.

Phantasmagoria, Bad Dudes, and Deadly Premonition all from GB. (Yes I've seen the P4 ER, but I beat that game before I even started visiting GB)

And off the top of my head; I saw my brother finish FF 7, between him and a friend I've probably seen all of DR 2, I saw a good chunk of Eternal Sonata, The end of RDR(I got to mexico myself) and that might be it, I never actively watched any of those though.

Persona 4 and Deadly Premonition for me (Phantasmagoria as well). I ended up buying and playing through Persona 4 (and Persona 3 FES) after watching the Endurance Run.

None. Most of the time I just barely finish watching a 40 minute quick look, I could never watch someone else play an entire game, though I have watched snippets of Endurance Runs.

I did watch the random PC game where they finished Phatasmagoria but I had played that game a long time ago (but never finished myself)

RE4 and RE5. Not a huge player of scary-games, but i kind of wanted to see what they were all about.

Hmmmmm, not many at all, I usually just watch to see if I want it, but I did watch splinter cell conviction to completion but I still bought and beat it.

Edit: Oh, without playing at all? I have played a couple hours of Chrono Trigger but not finished it.

Sonic 2006 and Sonic Unleashed by Pokecapn and company, Darkseed, Darkseed 2, Dead to Rights, and Dead to Rights: Retribution by Slowbeef. I think that's about it.

Most recently The Walking Dead episode one and two. I'd like to pick up all the games once they've been complied into a nice box set. I would have liked to have done things differently.

I had no idea so many people had watched Phantasmagoria heh. After that, I started watching A Puzzle of Flesh but never finished it.

Most memorable would be Ocarina of Time and Mario 64. Watched my brothers complete both of them. I love watching games being played. At the moment I'm partially watching, partially playing Silent Hill 2.

Persona 4. And I fell in love with it so much I've since watched the anime and bought a new PS2 copy... even though I no longer have a way to play PS2 games. I just really wanted a copy in my collection.

Hopefully P4 follows 3 to PSN soon or, even better, they port Golden to PS3 and 360.

Dead Space 2 and Final Fantasy VIII.

If the "How NOT to play Hitman" videos count, then every Hitman game. Persona 4, Deadly Premonition, whatever games they've finished in Quick Looks, Chrono Trigger, STALKER: Call of Prypiat (only played Shadow of Chernobyl), one of the Splinter Cell games (can't remember which), Condemned: Criminal Origins, I'm currently watching someone go through Half Life 1, The Walking Dead Episodes 1 & 2, currently watching Space Pirates and Zombies, and probably a few more that I'm forgetting.

Pokémon Colosseum, Adventure, Pokémon Silver, and Link's Awakening are the only games I've ever watched all the way through that I haven't played all the way through.

I have played all of those games, though. Just haven't gotten past the halfway point.

I've watched Majora's Mask played to completion several times.
 
It helps that it takes like an hour now.

Any game on MaximusBlack's youtube channel, every game that has had an endurance run, and Max Payne 3.

lol, the last one is a bit random but I had (and still have) zero interest in every playing it so I decided to watch a playthrough just because.

I didn't watch the entire Deadly Premonition endruance run but I plan to finish it eventually. Other than that I've watched my girlfriend play through Bayonetta which was way more fun than I thought it would be.

Alot more actually. I watch a few Youtubers play through games and also speed runs. Sometimes I watch my friends play through games I don't have. Both can be really fun if the environment is right. Sometimes watching someone else play inspires me to play the game myself.

I watched my roomate playthrough at least Mass Effect 3 and Asuras Wrath this year.

Indigo Prophecy because it seemed maddening to actually play.

I'm considering watching a playthrough of The Witcher 2 following the Roche path (the game diverges about a third of the way through). I definitely got the impression that I'm missing a lot of the story, but because I can't play a New Game+ and continue kicking ass as my leveled up Witcher, I'll either just watch it on Youtube or get a trainer/editor.
