Giant Bomb in a comic page

I'm putting together an art portfolio to show off my work to comic book companies, and this page I was doing required track-suit thugs, so...

I used Dr. Tracksuit and Undercover Cop Brad Shoemaker from the hit TV series "Cop Show"

You can see the other two pages from the sequence here but this is the only one with them in it.

Edit: Should have mentioned here I guess! These are characters from Marvel's current Hawkeye series. I talk more about that at the link above as well.

So that's what Dr. Tracksuit has been up to since the Rumble. New tag team partner?

Looks real good. I think you captured them well, and it still fits with the regular characters. Good luck with the portfolio. As a fellow artist, I know how nerve-wracking and difficult it can be to put together a marketable portfolio.

This is awesome, I'm getting a Hawkeye vibe. Maybe it's the apartment or the building, dudes in tracksuits or the dog.

I'm also thinking of the current Hawkeye comic when I see this.

This is definitely Kate Bishop and Clint Barton. Probably the dog and the coffee are the biggest clues!

The only weird thing is your noses, but it's not that bad.

I really love art like this, I prefer it over the over complicated art and details like MegaTokyo for example.

@gnomeonfire: Penciling is my main goal. I can do other things, but penciling is the part I'm most passionate about.

@harpell: each of these pages took about 6 hours.

I really like the look of it overall, and yeah, Dr. Tracksuit and Brad Copmaker are pretty fantastic.
