Glitching on PSN version?

Just picked this up today and played for about 2 hours. In that 2 hours I encountered at least 5 instances where the images never loaded but the commands did (ie: black background but command prompts on the bottom of screen appear) let alone numerous instances of slowdown and frame rate issues. Anyone else having this issue?

what game? sorry the forums are a bit buggy now when it comes to the proper board. 

PSN is glitchy at times...it's just something you get used to.  
 
Don't expect a solid online experience from PSN compared to Steam and Battle.net 2.0
