Good Tycoon/Management Sims lately ... please recommend

I really haven't kept up with releases, and they are not covered on GB, but has stuff like "Theme Park" etc come out lately (past year). Apart from the SimCity-disaster.

There's Prison Architect, while not exactly a "Theme Park" (well, zapping people is kinda fun) it's not a terrible Prison Tycoon-type game.
Game Dev Tycoon as well, not terrible.

But those are the ones I'm mainly playing really and I really like them so if you wanted something way different I'm sorry.

Got Prison Architect already. Looking forward to the 1.0.

Tropico 4 is pretty awesome, haven't ever played 3 but I heard it's pretty similar.

Sadly there aren't many to recommend. :/

While not new, Startopia just went up on Steam. It's a space station tycoon style game.

• Lords of Football looks decent
• Transport Tycoon on iPhone is badass.
• SimCity on iPhone is the simcity that I wanted all along
• Goat Petting Simulator is worth checking out
• Cities in Motion 2 is good

• Ski Region Simulator 2012
