Group of people/organization/race: a concept or a character?

For example Vortigaunt or Human appear as a concept, yet The Patriots appear as a group of people...

So how does that work?

They should be listed as concepts - The Patriots are incorrectly categorised at the moment it seems.

I was wondering this too. Where would the Ferelli Family fit in? Or do you just list each member?

If the Ferelli Family page is likely to have a lot of details that individual character pages or the relevant game page can't contain (for whatever reason) it would be listed as a concept.
