Guitar Hero: World Tour - What do folks think?

Now I want your honest opinion for those who might have Guitar Hero: World Tour. It's not out till the 14th over here in the UK which gives me sometime to think about it. I had originally thought about picking it up but then went against it after reading IGN's review, then I remembered why the hell do I listen to IGN about games because they have been wrong about so many damn games in the past. Anyway, it still seems to be getting some good reviews but I want current GH:WT owners opinion on what it's like and how it performs?

Everything, are the drums quiet or any better then the ones found in Rock Band? Is the song creation tools real any good? What about the new guitar?

Anything, whatever you think of it please tell me as I'm still greatly unsure about this title.
