While it may seem crazy to know that someone you talk to on these very forums happens to be one of the best, you must face the fact that this is indeed a reality. Because, I'll have you know,

Deadly Premonition has a leaderboard system for all your stats (For example, I have the 9th best darts score, and the 4th largest distance travelled). When you beat the game, it somehow tallies this up using gypsy magic and gives you a final ranking, and I am 9th!

It's tough out there for female pro-gamers for sure, but I feel Deadly Premonition has one of the most accepting and inviting communities in all of e-Sports. That is why it has continued to grow and prosper long after the game's release.

I got 300 points just about an hour ago when I finished the game! I only have two achievements left to get, and one of them is for beating the game on Easy! Easy, for god's sake! I'm no sissy! I'm a real professional gamer and I will not play the casual mode for casual casuals!

I will be practicing in a team house in Korea for 2 months starting in July. I see this as a fantastic opportunity to really improve my skills and become the best that I can be. Korea has been dominating the Deadly Premonition scene for a long time now, and as far as I'm concerned, you can't become the best there is unless you're playing over there.

I don't have a PS3, but I will buy the PS3 version regardless just because I'm nuts. This means that you probably won't see me at the top of the PS3 leaderboards as well though. I hope this gives other lesser-known players a chance to really shine and get noticed by teams and sponsors.
