At the bottom of every page is a link to the RSS feeds. Copy the link you want and in iTunes go to file>subscribe to podcast and paste the link.
In my experience it can be a bit finicky as it keeps asking me for my password no matter how often I tell it to remember it, but it mostly works.
Edit: I only used this for the premium podcast feed but I just tested it with the Quick Look feed and it seems like it's almost a week behind, so this may not be ideal.
What kind of device would this be used for? If its an iphone/ipad/ipod touch the giant bomb video buddy will do everything you need it to do in terms of video content.
